Board Member – Term 2024-2025
Work Experience/Employer: Registered EEG Technologist previously employed with Michigan Medicine and Beaumont Health Royal Oak. Remote monitoring experience with Next Gen Neuro and currently employed with Integris Neuro in a dual monitoring/neuroanalyst role. My number one asset is how passionate I am about this field. I love what I do, and I love the people I do it with. I am very detail oriented and have excellent computer skills. I also feel I can bring some new ideas for the next conference, including a CLTM exam prep presentation.
Board Member – Term 2024-2025
My educational background in neurodiagnostics began at Carnegie Medical Institute in Southfield, MI. I graduated from their Neurodiagnostic Technologist program in 2005. I am thankful for my educational foundation, but equally grateful for my work experience, continuing education opportunities and the many mentors along the way. Over the last 18 years, I have become proficient in EEG, LTM, Ambulatory, Evoked potentials and NCS. My career started out in private practice and advanced into the hospital setting, where my training for NCS began. This quickly became my favorite modality and I have been a full time EMG Technician with Ohiohealth for the past three years. MSET is a true asset to our field. They offer affordable educational opportunities to technicians from all neurodiagnostic backgrounds. My goal as a board member for MSET is to help bring more diverse topics and educational opportunities, especially in NCS. MSET holds great value to our field and I would be truly grateful to be part of this committee to help further educational opportunities in our ever advancing field! Thank you for your time and consideration.
